Jewellery Courses – Terms and Conditions

AGREEMENT
By booking a place on a 24ct Limited course, you are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions:

PAYMENTS
All courses must be paid in full in advance of the course. Any deposit payable is not refundable. Materials are not included in the cost of the course, unless otherwise stated.

Upon receipt of payment, we will notify you that your booking is confirmed.

CLASS LEVELS
It is your responsibility to ensure you have booked onto a course suitable for your ability and fully understand what is involved, including any additional costs that you may need to pay, e.g, for materials. Suitability for each course is indicated by the following:

Beginners – suitable for total beginners with no previous experience.

Advanced – suitable for those who have good bench skills, gold and silver working experience, including soldering and metal forming.

Professional – All professional classes are for students who have lots of experience and are competent at all key skills but want to gain more experience or learn a new technique.

ATTENDANCE
You will gain most from your course if you arrive promptly and attend every session. Please contact us to let us know if you can’t attend any session or are going to be late. If you are booked onto a course and you do not turn up on the day, no refund will be given.

HEALTH AND SAFETY
We take your safety very seriously and there are some rules which we apply to ensure a safe learning environment for everyone. These will be explained to you at the start of the course. Please ensure that you read and understand the information you will be given.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellations
After booking your course you have 14 calendar days within which you may cancel your booking and receive a refund. This is not possible if you have made your booking with 14 days or less until your course date.

To cancel your booking, you must contact us in writing by email or post beforehand and before 14 days of the start of your course.

If you cancel within 14 days before the start of your course, we cannot provide a refund unless we find someone to fill your space.

Refunds
If you change your mind and have cancelled within 14 days of the start of your course, we will refund the price you paid for the course. We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

If you cancel within 14 days before the start of your course and we can fill your space, we may offer you a refund, minus any non-refundable deposit you have paid. If we cannot find someone to take your place, then we regret that we cannot provide a refund.

If you do not turn up for your course or choose not to continue your course for whatever reason, no refund will be given.

Whilst every effort is made to avoid changes to our courses, we reserve the right to withdraw or cancel any course. If for any reason we cancel a course, all course fees will be returned in full.
